DAY 01: ARRIVAL YANGON – HALF-DAY CITY SIGHTSEEING [-/-/D]
Our tour guide will meet you up at Yangon International Airport and transfer to the hotel in Yangon. First, you will visit National Museum (closed on Mondays & holidays) where you can explore the history and culture of Myanmar. Then visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (closed Mondays & holidays) which displays a huge collection of Myanmar handicraft and souvenir. Proceed to the Golden Pagoda in the evening to enjoy the sunset and explore the unique culture, and traditions of the local people. Then enjoy delicious dinner at Myanmar Plaza. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
DAY 02: YANGON – HLAWGA WILDLIFE PARK [B/D/-]
After breakfast at the hotel, drive out from the hotel for visit to Hlawga wildlife park where you can see monkeys, deer, some sort of cattle, elephants, and a hippopotamus. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the park. After lunch Take your private luxury car and drive back to Yangon. On the way, you will have an hour to visit Allied War Cemetery located at Htaukkya about 32 km from Yangon, on the road to Bagao. Upon arrival, you will join Yangon Sunset River Cruise and discover the primitive beauty along the banks as the sun gently sinks below the horizon of Yangon. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
DAY 03: YANGON – MONYWA – GONNYINPIN CAMP [B/L/D]
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Yangon Airport for departure with the morning flight to Mandalay. Our local guide will meet you at Tada-U Airport and proceed to Monywa by the private tour car. Then drive to Gonnyinpin Camp in Alaungdaw Kathapa Wildlife Sanctuary about 100 km west of the town of Monywa, in an area of deep forest and abundant wildlife. Enjoy your dinner arranged by our tour guide. Overnight at the camp’s guest house.
DAY 04: GONNYINPIN CAMP –THABAIKSAY CAMP [B/L/D]
After breakfast in the camp, enjoy elephant ride from Gonnyinpin Camp to Thabaisay camp. After breakfast, visit the wildlife sanctuary with elephant riding and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the jungle. You will have a great opportunity to explore a whole host of other wildlife including birds, butterflies, and wildflowers After 2 hours elephant riding, you can visit Alaungdaw Kathapha shrine with reclining monk image. You will see, mango trees are with wild orchids at the entrance. Take a short rest at this shrine. Then come back to Guest House and overnight.
DAY 05: GONNYINPIN CAMP – MONYWA – BAGAN [B/L/D]
After breakfast, drive back to Monywa passing through Chaung Ma Gyi, Gon Nyin Pin, Kipling, Yin Mar Bin and Nyaung Bin Kyi villages. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Monywa. Then proceed to Bagan by car. Upon arrival in Bagan, check in at the hotel and take a good rest at your hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight at the hotel in Bagan.
DAY 06: BAGAN – POPA [B/L/-]
After breakfast, 1-hour drive to Mount Popa Park which is known as Oasis of the dry zone. Visit Myanmar traditional herbal medicinal plant garden. Then, you can enjoy trekking to Sandalwood planting field and nature site of Popa Mountain. Climb up 737m high Popa Mountain plug with the shady stairway. On top, you will see a very pleasant panoramic view of surrounding areas. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will drive back to Bagan. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and overnight.
DAY 07: BAGAN SIGHTSEEING [B/L/-]
After breakfast, commence a full day of sightseeing in Bagan that included Min Nan Thu Village, Bagan Nann Myint Viewing Tower, Ananda Temple, the UNESCO’s World heritage Myazedi stone inscription, Archeological Museum and Golden Palace. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Bagan. Then you will join the relaxing sunset watching cruise along the Irrawaddy River. Enjoy your dinner at Sunset Garden Restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Bagan.
DAY 08: BAGAN – YANGON [B/L/D]
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and you will be transferred to Nyaung U Airport for the afternoon flight to Yangon. Arrive in Yangon and enjoy your free time until your international flight departure back home. End of service!
